Brownie CP Recipe!

Here is the recipe for my Brownie CP brownies.

Ingredients:
          1 Stick Unsalted Butter
          1 1/4 cup 100% unsweetened Scharffen Berger Cocoa
          1 cup White Granulated Sugar
          1 cup Light Brown Sugar
          2 tsp. vanilla
          1/2 tsp. salt
          4 Eggs
          1/2 cup sifted flour
          1 package Reeses Peanut Butter Chips (~12oz)


I prefer to mix all the wet ingredients first. Then, add sugar and proceed with adding the remainder of the dry ingredients. I usually add any additional morsels/chips at the very end after the batch has been very well mixed.

Bake @ 300 Degrees for 45 minutes. Baking times vary a lot so best to be prepared and use a toothpick to test them out. If you don't know how to do this basically here it is:
Take brownie pan out of oven for a brief moment and insert the wooden toothpick into the brownie batch vertically. What you want to look for is the cake part of brownie mix does not stick to the sides of the toothpick. If the brownie mix sticks to the sides of the toothpick it is not ready to be removed from the oven.
